As part of the FastDigest™ enzyme line, Eco32I is fully active in both FastDigest and FastDigest Green Buffers. This allows single, double, or multiple DNA digestions without buffer changes or extra DNA purification steps. The optimized formulation prevents star activity and is compatible with downstream enzymatic applications, including ligation, polymerase fill-in, and dephosphorylation.
