1. Shipping Coverage

LabMart Limited ships to addresses within Ghana only. We currently do not ship to addresses outside Ghana. However, our international customers can always pick up their packages from our premises and arrange their own shipping. We can also deliver your packages to your appointed freight forwarder within Ghana.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
• Free shipping may apply for orders above GHS 2,000.00.

3. Shipping Times

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within [2-3 business days] for items available in stock.
• Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes [2-3 business days].
• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather or customs.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Shipping Delays

LabMart Limited is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural disasters, or incorrect addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
