The kit integrates Salini UNG® (Uracil-N-Glycosylase) and dUTPs to eliminate carryover contamination, ensuring high-confidence results. Its formulation also includes RiboGrip® RNase Inhibitor for RNA protection and the in silico–engineered HOT SolisFAST® DNA Polymerase for superior specificity, sensitivity, and rapid extension rates.
