Pierce Protein A Plus Agarose delivers enhanced performance in terms of binding capacity and protein recovery for researchers performing small to medium-scale antibody purification. It is especially suited for purifying polyclonal IgG from human, rabbit, dog, cat, and pig serum.
Each 1 mL of resin can bind ≥34 mg of human IgG, enabling robust purification workflows in standard microcentrifuge or chromatography columns.
