These columns offer a simple and effective method for isolating and purifying IgG antibodies from serum, ascites fluid, hybridoma supernatants, or other biological samples.

All columns are packed with crosslinked 6% beaded agarose resin and are shipped with top and bottom caps in 0.02% sodium azide. They are reusable up to 10 times under proper conditions.
