Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
• To cancel an order, email sales@labmartgh.com with your order details.

2. Refund Policy for Cancellations

• If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

3. Cancellations After Shipping

• Once the order has shipped, cancellations are not permitted. Customers must follow our Return Policy.
