Even trace detergent levels can disrupt analytical techniques such as ELISA, isoelectric focusing (IEF), and mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS, MALDI-MS) by interfering with protein binding, elution, and ionization.

The HiPPR resin removes >95% of detergents, including SDS, Triton™ X-100, NP-40, and CHAPS, in less than 15 minutes, preserving sample integrity and improving downstream analysis.
