Thermo Scientific™ DreamTaq DNA Polymerase (5 U/μL), Green with 10X DreamTaq Green Buffer

The Thermo Scientific™ DreamTaq DNA Polymerase is an enhanced Taq DNA polymerase designed for routine PCR amplification of DNA fragments. It is optimized for higher sensitivity, longer PCR products, and higher yields compared to conventional Taq DNA polymerase. DreamTaq DNA Polymerase works under the same conditions as standard Taq polymerase, with minimal optimization required. It is supplied with DreamTaq Green Buffer, which includes a density reagent and two tracking dyes for easy direct loading of PCR products on a gel.

The 10X DreamTaq Green Buffer does not interfere with PCR performance and is compatible with downstream applications such as DNA sequencing, ligation, and restriction digestion.
