Preparation Instructions
- Dehydrated Medium:

- Heat to boiling, shaking frequently until completely dissolved.
- Sterilize in an autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
- Ready-to-Use Bottles:
- Melt the medium in a water bath at 100°C with the cap partially loosened.
- Mix well, avoiding foam formation, and distribute into sterile Petri dishes or other containers.
Test Procedure
- Transfer the membrane with presumptive Pseudomonas aeruginosa onto the medium.
- Incubate at 36 ± 2°C for 20-24 hours aerobically.
- Observe colony growth and confirm P. aeruginosa presence with the oxidase test.
