Double Antigen ELISA for Detection of Anti-CCHFV Antibodies in Cattle, Sheep, Goats, Other Species, and Humans (RUO)
The ID Screen® CCHF Double Antigen Multi-species ELISA is the only commercial ELISA designed for the detection of antibodies to Crimean-Congo Haemorrhagic Fever Virus (CCHFV) across multiple animal species, including cattle, sheep, goats, and other susceptible hosts. The assay is also suitable for research use only (RUO) on human samples.
This test provides exceptional diagnostic performance, including 100% specificity and 98.9% sensitivity, with strong correlation to the gold-standard Virus Neutralization Test (VNT) and superior sensitivity compared to the Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA). Its recombinant antigen format eliminates the need for high-containment facilities, making it ideal for field surveillance, epidemiological studies, and laboratory diagnostics.
All reagents are ready-to-use or easy to reconstitute, and the flexible strip-plate design supports both small and large testing volumes.
