    Hin1II (also known as NlaIII) is a high-quality restriction endonuclease from Thermo Scientific™ that recognizes the DNA sequence 5′-CATG^-3′ / 3′-^GTAC-5′ and cleaves at the indicated site. It delivers optimal performance at 37°C in Buffer G and is an essential tool in molecular biology for applications such as cloning, genotyping, RFLP, and SNP analysis.
