Hin1II (also known as NlaIII) is a high-quality restriction endonuclease from Thermo Scientific™ that recognizes the DNA sequence 5′-CATG^-3′ / 3′-^GTAC-5′ and cleaves at the indicated site. It delivers optimal performance at 37°C in Buffer G and is an essential tool in molecular biology for applications such as cloning, genotyping, RFLP, and SNP analysis.
Hin1II is part of Thermo Scientific’s comprehensive range of conventional restriction enzymes, which are validated under stringent quality control measures and optimized to work with the Five Buffer System, including the universal Tango buffer for double digestions.
