AMPLIRUN® Streptococcus DNA Control, 100 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Streptococcus DNA Controls provide purified, quantified DNA from clinically significant Streptococcus species for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

These DNA controls are designed for PCR, qPCR, and other molecular testing platforms, ensuring reproducibility, sensitivity, and precision in Streptococcus diagnostics, assay development, and quality control.
