AMPLIRUN® Escherichia coli DNA Control, 100 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Escherichia coli DNA Controls provide purified, quantified DNA from pathogenic E. coli strains, including EAEC, EIEC, EPEC, ETEC, and VTEC, for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 10,000–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.
