How It Works

1️⃣ Lysis & Homogenization – Add lysis buffer & MN Bead Tubes Type A, followed by mechanical disruption.

2️⃣ Lysate Clarification – Use centrifugation & NucleoSpin Inhibitor Removal Column to remove inhibitors.

3️⃣ DNA Binding – Transfer clarified lysate to a NucleoSpin DNA column and bind DNA to the silica membrane.

4️⃣ Washing & Elution – Wash bound DNA to remove contaminants, then elute into 30–100 µL of buffer.

5️⃣ Downstream Analysis – DNA is now ready for PCR, qPCR, microarrays, and Southern blotting.
