It contains a single purified glycoprotein that helps reduce nonspecific binding and improve signal-to-noise ratio across a wide range of assay systems.

SuperBlock™ Blocking Buffer is especially useful for blocking polystyrene microplates, membranes, and tissue samples. Store at 4 °C upon receipt. Product is shipped at ambient temperature. Keep container tightly closed when not in use and avoid contamination during repeated use. SuperBlock™ Buffer can be stored at 4 °C for up to one year, and blocked plates may be dried and stored for up to 12 months under appropriate conditions.
