Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Protein A Chromatography Cartridges are ready-to-use, pre-packed affinity columns designed for efficient purification of IgG antibodies from serum, ascites fluid, and cell culture supernatants. These cartridges are pre-filled with Protein A Plus Agarose, a high-capacity resin that combines native Protein A with crosslinked 6% beaded agarose (CL-6B) for high-yield and high-purity antibody recovery.

Engineered for both manual and automated workflows, these cartridges are compatible with syringes, peristaltic pumps, and major FPLC/ÄKTA™ systems. Each cartridge includes a connection accessory pack for Luer-Lok or 1/16” tubing fittings.
