The Thermo Scientific™ Zeba™ Spin Desalting 96-well Filter Plates are high-throughput, ready-to-use devices designed for rapid and efficient desalting, buffer exchange, and removal of low molecular weight contaminants from protein and biological samples. Each plate contains a proprietary size-exclusion resin with a 7K molecular weight cut-off (MWCO), offering exceptional performance for small-volume sample cleanup prior to downstream applications such as mass spectrometry, HPLC, ELISA, metabolite analysis, and assay development.
With ≥95% removal of salts, dyes, biotin, and other small molecules (<1,000 Da), these filter plates enable robust sample preparation without the need for tedious column equilibration or resin dispensing. The plates are fully compatible with manual or automated centrifuge workflows and require just five minutes to process 96 samples simultaneously.
