Optimized for use at 37 °C, it provides complete DNA digestion within 5–15 minutes using the universal FastDigest Buffer system.
As part of the FastDigest™ enzyme portfolio, NheI delivers 100% activity in both FastDigest and FastDigest Green Buffers. This eliminates the need for buffer changes in single, double, or multiple digestions and supports direct downstream processing with DNA modifying enzymes such as T4 DNA Ligase, Klenow Fragment, T4 DNA Polymerase, and alkaline phosphatases.
