The Thermo Scientific™ DyLight™ Antibody Labeling Kits provide a complete solution for covalently labeling antibodies or proteins with amine-reactive DyLight™ fluorophores across the visible and near-infrared spectrum. Each kit includes all necessary reagents to perform three separate labeling reactions using 0.5–1 mg of antibody or similar protein and to purify labeled conjugates for direct use in fluorescence-based detection applications.
DyLight dyes are known for their superior brightness, high photostability, broad pH stability (pH 4–9), and excellent aqueous solubility—making them ideal for use in imaging, immunoassays, and in vitro/in vivo protein tracking.
