The SolisFAST® Master Mix with UNG, Ready to Load is a 5× concentrated, ready-to-use PCR solution designed for fast, robust singleplex and multiplex endpoint PCR assays. By integrating dUTP and UNG enzyme, the mix provides effective carryover contamination control, ensuring highly reliable results across experiments.
For added convenience, this Ready-to-Load variant includes two inert loading dyes, allowing amplified products to be directly loaded onto agarose gels post-PCR, saving time and minimizing pipetting steps. With PCR results in as little as 20 minutes, it is ideal for high-throughput, time-sensitive, or contamination-sensitive workflows.
