AMPLIRUN® Treponema pallidum DNA Control, 100 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Treponema DNA Control provides purified, quantified DNA from Treponema pallidum for use as a positive control in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete microbial genome, quantified at 700–2,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.
