Optimized Buffer for Multicolor Flow Cytometry Using Super Bright and Polymer Dyes

Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer is a specialized buffer designed to supplement Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer during multicolor immunofluorescence experiments using polymer dye-conjugated antibodies such as Super Bright™, Brilliant Violet™, and similar dyes. It minimizes non-specific polymer interactions that can result in under-compensation artifacts, thereby improving the accuracy and quality of multicolor flow cytometry data.

This reagent is provided in a convenient 5 µL/test format, ready to integrate seamlessly into standard flow cytometry workflows. It is particularly recommended when using more than one polymer-conjugated antibody in the same sample.

Important Notes

• Not compatible with UltraComp eBeads™ microspheres. When using eBeads for compensation, use Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer for all dilutions and washes.
• This product replaces previous versions (Cat. Nos. SB-4400-42, SB-4400-75).
