The Invitrogen™ PureLink™ Pro Quick96 Plasmid Purification Kit combines advanced silica chemistry with an optimized 96-well plate format for high-throughput plasmid DNA purification from E. coli cultures. Designed for both manual and automated workflows, the kit can isolate up to 20 µg plasmid DNA per well in as little as 45 minutes.

Using paired Quick96 Filtration Plates (clear O-ring) and Quick96 Binding Plates (red O-ring), this system efficiently clears lysates and binds plasmid DNA to silica membranes, minimizing contamination and cross-sample carryover. The result is high-quality, supercoiled plasmid DNA, free from genomic DNA and RNA, suitable for sequencing, cloning, PCR, and other molecular biology applications.
