The AbC™ Total Antibody Compensation Bead Kit provides a simple, accurate, and standardized method for setting up single-color compensation controls in multicolor flow cytometry experiments. These 6 µm polystyrene microspheres are optimized to bind fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies from a broad range of species—including mouse, rat, hamster, and rabbit—across all laser lines, from UV to 633/635 nm.
Each drop contains both positive (capture) and negative (non-binding) bead populations, allowing you to generate a bimodal signal ideal for compensation setup—regardless of cell surface antigen expression or fluorochrome brightness.
