How It Works:

1. Quantification Process:
   • Step 1: Add the reagent to the sample and transfer to the Quanti-Tray or Quanti-Tray/2000.
   • Step 2: Seal the tray using the Quanti-Tray Sealer PLUS and incubate at 41°C ± 0.5°C for 24 hours.
   • Step 3: After incubation, read the results by counting the yellow and fluorescent wells, indicating the presence of coliforms and E. coli.
2. Results Interpretation:
   • Quanti-Tray: Yellow wells = total coliforms, yellow/fluorescent wells = E. coli.
   • Quanti-Tray/2000: Same method, with a higher well count range (1–2,419).
   • Quanti-Tray/Legiolert: Specific for Legionella pneumophila, with a similar system for counting yellow/fluorescent wells.
