GoTaq® G2 Flexi DNA Polymerase

GoTaq® G2 Flexi DNA Polymerase is a high-performance PCR enzyme system designed to offer flexibility, consistency, and direct-to-gel convenience. It features a full-length form of Taq DNA polymerase with 5’→3’ exonuclease activity and is optimized for use in a wide range of PCR applications, from standard amplification to complex template analysis.

Supplied in a proprietary 50% glycerol solution, GoTaq® G2 Flexi is paired with Mg²⁺-free buffer options, enabling researchers to fine-tune MgCl₂ concentrations for optimized PCR conditions. The system includes two buffers:

• 5X Green Buffer: Includes blue and yellow tracking dyes and a loading agent, allowing direct gel loading.
• 5X Colorless Buffer: Ideal for fluorescence and absorbance-based downstream applications, eliminating background signal from dyes.
