Instructions for Use

General Handling & Preparation

1. Pre-Warm Before Use:
   • Warm HBSS to room temperature or 37°C before application.
2. For Cell Washing & Transport:
   • Gently resuspend cells or tissue in HBSS.
   • Centrifuge at 300-400 x g for 5 minutes, discard the supernatant, and proceed with culture.
3. For Trypsinization & Dissociation:
   • Wash cells twice with HBSS to remove serum before enzyme treatment.
   • Add trypsin-EDTA solution, incubate for detachment, and neutralize with serum-containing media.
4. For Serum-Free Culture & Assay Preparation:
   • Dilute supplements, growth factors, or media components as required.
