Protocol Overview:

1. T Cell Isolation (Optional):
   • Isolate pure T cells from PBMCs or whole blood using Dynabeads Human FlowComp or Untouched Human T Cell products.
2. Activation:
   • Add Dynabeads Human T-Activator CD3/CD28 to pre-isolated T cells or PBMCs.
   • Supplement with recombinant IL-2 and incubate in T-cell culture medium.
3. Expansion:
   • Maintain cultures for 3 days to a few weeks for long-term expansion.
   • Restimulate T cells as needed with additional beads.
4. Magnetic Separation:
   • Use a DynaMag™ Magnet to remove beads from activated T cells for downstream applications.
