Preparation Instructions
- Suspend 7.5 g of medium in 100 mL distilled water
- Boil to dissolve completely, mix to evenly distribute precipitate
- Dispense 5 mL per assay tube and add 5 mL distilled water
- Autoclave at 121 °C (15 lbs pressure) for 10 minutes
- Cool immediately before use
