Preparation Instructions

1. Suspend: Suspend 37g of Campylobacter Agar Base in 1 liter of distilled water.
2. Mix and Heat: Heat with frequent agitation to dissolve completely.
3. Sterilize: Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4. Supplement: After cooling to 45–50°C, aseptically add the appropriate Campylobacter Selective Supplement.
5. Dispense: Pour the medium into sterile Petri dishes and allow to solidify.
