Clifton™ Heated Ultrasonic bath with fitted tap, 230v

These industrial strength ultrasonic baths are designed for demanding applications and suitable for continuous operation. The baths are also ideal for cleaning delicate or fragile components which may otherwise be damaged by mechanical cleaning.

The baths are available from 1 to 30 litres capacity and feature and eco and dynamic sonic modes. Eco offers quieter gentler ultrasonic activity whilst dynamic running provides vigorous cleaning. 

The touch pad, wipe clean, control panel with rotary dials for time and temperature, can be set between 30°C and 80°C in 5°C increments. The timer can be selected to operate between 1-30 minutes or continuously up to 6 hours.

Clifton ultrasonics baths are constructed from high quality stainless steel for durability, with side lifting handles on models upwards for easy transportation.

A 304 spec stainless steel tank gives good resistance to many substances and a clean appearance throughout its working life.

Safety Features

Ultrasonic information

This range is designed for intermittent and 'permanent on' use. Do not allow items to touch base the of the tank. An accessory basket is recommended. Accessory lid is recommended to achieve consistent heating, minimise evaporation, act as a dust cover and preventing contamination.

Laboratory Applications

For the cleaning of glassware and complicated instruments. Removal of chemical residues, baked residues from chemical reactions and microbiological residues. The degas function quickly de-gasses the liquid without accumulation of bubbles. For increased ultrasonic power, the "Boost" function allows an increase in ultrasonic performance. Permanent operation possible for tenacious contamination.

Neutral Foam Inhibited Cleaning Concentrate

Neutral foam-inhibited cleaning concentrate removes grease and oil, fingerprints and dust as well as deposited lime soaps. Suitable for all surfaces made of metal (including aluminium & light metal alloys), glass, ceramic, plastic and mineral materials. 2.5 litres.
