Canvax AgaPure™ Agarose LM (Low Melting Point) is a high-quality, molecular biology-grade agarose specifically engineered for applications requiring low gelling and melting temperatures. This modification involves the introduction of hydroxyethyl groups into the agarose molecule, resulting in a gelling temperature of approximately 30 °C and a melting temperature of about 65 °C.

• Low Melting and Gelling Temperatures: The agarose gels at around 30 °C and melts at approximately 65 °C, facilitating in-gel manipulations without prior extraction of nucleic acids.
