How It Works

1. Post-sequencing reaction: Perform cycle sequencing using BigDye™ Terminators.
2. Add SAM™ Solution: Stabilizes the sample and boosts purification performance.
3. Add XTerminator™ Solution: Scavenges unincorporated terminators and salts.
4. Vortex & Centrifuge: Mix thoroughly for 30 minutes and spin briefly.
5. Load & Run: Place directly on Applied Biosystems™ DNA Analyzer for sequencing.
