AMPLIRUN® Enterovirus RNA Control, 50 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Enterovirus RNA Controls provide purified, quantified RNA from Enterovirus 68 (EV-D68) and Enterovirus 71 (EV-A71) for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques, including in vitro diagnostic (IVD) applications. Each control contains the complete viral genome, quantified at 12,500–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.

With CE-IVDR certification, these controls ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and standardization of diagnostic assays for clinically significant enteroviruses linked to respiratory illnesses, neurological disease, and hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD).
