Gibco™ Poly-D-Lysine (PDL) is a synthetic, animal-origin–free extracellular matrix (ECM) coating reagent used to enhance cell adhesion and growth on culture-treated plastic and glass surfaces.
With a polymer molecular weight of 50,000–150,000 Daltons, this ready-to-use, sterile-filtered solution at 0.1 mg/mL concentration provides optimal substrate preparation for neuronal and other attachment-dependent cell cultures.
