Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Protein A/G Coated Plate IP Kit is a plate-based immunoprecipitation kit designed to perform IP and co-IP assays in 96-well microplate format without the need for resins, beads, centrifugation, or magnets. The kit uses ready-to-use Protein A/G coated 96-well strip plates to capture antibody-antigen complexes efficiently and reproducibly.

This format is especially useful for laboratories processing multiple samples and controls in parallel. Compared with traditional tube-and-resin immunoprecipitation methods, the plate-based workflow allows faster washing, easier handling, and more convenient processing using standard ELISA tools such as multichannel pipettors, plate washers, and microplate mixers.
