Gibco™ Cell Dissociation Buffer, Enzyme-Free is a sterile, membrane-filtered, isotonic solution containing salts, EDTA, and cell-conditioning agents in calcium- and magnesium-free phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Designed to gently dissociate lightly adherent mammalian cells without the use of proteolytic enzymes, this reagent is ideal for applications requiring intact cell surface proteins, such as flow cytometry, ligand binding assays, and immunohistochemistry.
