Fmoc-Trp-OH, also known as Fmoc-protected L-tryptophan, is a high-purity, N-protected amino acid derivative used in Fmoc-based solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS). It features an Fmoc-protected α-amino group and an unprotected indole side chain, making it a useful tryptophan building block for peptide synthesis workflows where Boc side-chain protection is not required.
