Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody Coated Plates are clear 96-well polystyrene microplates coated with goat anti-mouse IgG antibody for selective capture of mouse IgG antibodies in ELISA and other plate-based binding assays. These plates are designed to help preserve antibody activity by avoiding direct passive adsorption of antibodies to polystyrene, which can sometimes cause denaturation or loss of binding performance.
Because the plates are mouse IgG-specific, they are useful when available antibodies are limited, when antibody purification is not required, or when improved antibody orientation and capture efficiency are needed. The clear plate format is suitable for colorimetric detection workflows.

Storage & Handling
Upon receipt, store plates at 4 °C in unopened pouches. Once opened, place unused plates in a resealable bag and store desiccated at 4 °C. Plates are supplied pre-blocked with SuperBlock™ Blocking Buffer.
