The Thermo Scientific™ Zeba™ Spin Desalting Cartridges are pre-packed, ready-to-use size-exclusion chromatography devices designed for the rapid desalting, buffer exchange, and small molecule removal from protein and other biological samples. With a 7,000 Dalton molecular weight cutoff (MWCO), these cartridges efficiently retain proteins while removing salts, dyes, biotin, and other small molecule reagents with ≥95% efficiency.
Compatible with both automated liquid chromatography systems and manual syringe processing, the cartridges are ideally suited for mid- to high-throughput protein purification workflows in proteomics, biochemistry, and assay development.
