Protocol Summary

1. Wash blot to remove residual chemiluminescent substrate.
2. Incubate blot in Restore PLUS Buffer:
   • 5–15 minutes at room temperature
   • Or up to 37°C for high-affinity antibodies
3. Wash thoroughly in TBS-T or PBS-T.
4. Block membrane as usual.
5. Confirm antibody removal (optional).
6. Proceed with next immunoblot detection.
