Powered by Phusion DNA Polymerase, this kit offers exceptionally high fidelity—52X more accurate than Taq and 6X more accurate than Pfu—making it ideal for cloning, mutagenesis, and any application where sequence integrity is critical.

Phusion enzymes support fast cycling times (15–30 s/kb) and amplify difficult templates, including high-GC content regions, with minimal optimization. The kit includes buffers (HF and GC), dNTPs, MgCl₂, control lambda DNA, primers for 1.3 kb and 10 kb amplicons, and DMSO to facilitate amplification of GC-rich regions.
