Thermo Scientific™ O'RangeRuler DNA Ladders are high-quality, ready-to-use molecular weight markers designed for precise sizing of double-stranded DNA fragments across a variety of size ranges. With their step-ladder pattern and evenly spaced bands, these ladders allow for accurate and reproducible DNA sizing in both agarose and non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels.
Each ladder is supplied pre-mixed with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye, which contains Orange G and Xylene Cyanol FF dyes for direct loading and migration tracking during electrophoresis. The Orange G dye co-migrates at approximately 50 bp in 1% agarose gels, allowing easy estimation of small fragment positions.
In addition to offering exceptional band clarity, O'RangeRuler ladders are stable at room temperature for up to 24 months, and are shipped in sustainable, recyclable packaging, supporting lab sustainability efforts.
