Orange indicator Silica Gel Desiccant, 2-5mm Beads

Used for a variety of uses, including as a dehumidifier, flower drying and to keep stored items dry and free from moisture.

When exposed and absorbing moisture, the orange beads will change into a green colour to identify that moisture is present. 

The Silica is reusable and can be reactivated and reversed back to the Orange coloured beads by placing the beads on a non-food use oven tray and baking them between 100 degrees C and 120 degrees C for 2 hours. alternatively Silica gel beads can also be reactivated by microwave for about 10-15 mins at DEFROST.

WARNING.  The Orange Indicator silica gel can sometimes bleed colour if it get very wet so care should be taken with it's use against light coloured objects ./ flowers.

• Ingestion: May cause discomfort. Drink plenty of water.
• Skin contact: May cause dryness. Rinse with water if affected.
• Eye contact: Rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.
• If any of above symptoms persist – Seek medical attention.
