High-Affinity Nucleic Acid Stain for Dead Cell Discrimination and DNA Content Analysis in Flow Cytometry
The SYTOX™ AADvanced™ Dead Cell Stain Kit is a next-generation, high-affinity nucleic acid stain designed for rapid and accurate identification of dead cells in flow cytometry, particularly using the 488 nm blue laser. With enhanced membrane penetration and faster uptake kinetics than traditional dyes like 7-AAD, this dye provides superior resolution of live/dead populations and is also useful for cell cycle and DNA content analysis when used with RNase treatment.
Available in 500-reaction (S10274) and 100-reaction (S10349) formats, each kit includes lyophilized dye and anhydrous DMSO for flexible, long-term storage and easy reconstitution.
