The Human Advanced Glycation Endproducts (AGEs) ELISA Kit is a research-use-only sandwich ELISA system designed for the quantitative measurement of AGEs in human serum, plasma, culture media, urine, tissue extracts, and other biological fluids. Sample Preparation
Compatible with:
- Serum and Plasma: Centrifuge at 2000–3000 rpm for 20 min
- Urine and CSF: Centrifuge and use supernatant
- Tissue Lysates: Homogenize in PBS, centrifuge, and collect supernatant
- Cell Culture Supernatants: Centrifuge and use clarified media
- Intracellular Components: Lyse with freeze/thaw cycles, centrifuge, and use supernatant
Assay Procedure (Simplified)
- Dilute standards and samples according to instructions
- Add 50 μL of standards or samples to wells + 50 μL HRP-conjugate reagent
- Incubate at 37°C for 30 minutes
- Wash plate 5 times
- Add 50 μL each of Chromogen A & B, incubate 15 min in the dark
- Add 50 μL stop solution
- Read OD at 450 nm within 15 minutes
