AMPLIRUN® Coxsackie Virus RNA Control, 50 µl

Vircell AMPLIRUN® Coxsackie Virus RNA Controls provide purified, quantified RNA from different Coxsackie virus strains (Coxsackie A6, Coxsackie B1, and Coxsackie B5) for use as positive controls in nucleic acid amplification techniques. Each control contains the complete viral genome, quantified at 12,500–20,000 copies/µL (qPCR-determined), and is supplied in a lyophilized, non-infectious format.
