Gibco™ Laminin Mouse Protein, Natural is a high-purity preparation of laminin, the major glycoprotein component of basement membranes, with a molecular weight of approximately 850 kDa. This laminin is isolated from Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) mouse sarcoma and supplied at a concentration of 0.5–2.0 mg/mL in 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 0.15 M NaCl.
