Protocol Summary
- Wash blot to remove residual chemiluminescent substrate.

Incubate blot in Restore PLUS Buffer:
- 5–15 minutes at room temperature
- Or up to 37°C for high-affinity antibodies
- Wash thoroughly in TBS-T or PBS-T.
- Block membrane as usual.
- Confirm antibody removal (optional).
- Proceed with next immunoblot detection.
